Yamelith Aguilar

Co-founder

Yamelith Aguilar, MPH, is a seasoned evaluator with a strong background in public health, education, technology, and social equity. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to utilizing data as a powerful tool for storytelling and driving social change. With extensive experience in developing and implementing evaluation plans and organizational monitoring strategies, Yamelith has led impactful process and outcome evaluations across various sectors. Notably, she spearheaded evaluation efforts for a non-profit organization focused on women and non-binary technologists, and made significant contributions at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by integrating machine learning methods into evaluation programs for national emergency preparedness training initiatives. Yamelith's unique expertise at the intersection of data science and evaluation and her unwavering commitment to advancing social equity make her a valuable asset in crafting utilization-focused evaluations that generate actionable insights embraced by stakeholders. She received formal evaluation training from the CDC and the American Evaluation Association and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Hayley Brown

Co-founder

Hayley Brown, MBA, MSW, is a justice and equity social scientist specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and action research methodology. As the Senior Director of Research and Evaluation at the Anita Borg Institute for Women in Technology (AnitaB.org), she leads the Evidence & Influence team responsible for internal research, evaluation, and monitoring. In this role, her team brought all evaluation in-house for annual cost reductions of 400K. Hayley has collaborated with 100+ tech companies to assess and enhance their structural equity, driving improvements in representation, career advancement, and inclusion for marginalized genders in the tech workforce. Before joining AnitaB.org, Hayley worked in academia, focusing on intervention research to promote faculty diversity. She is currently pursuing a PhD in workplace action research, aiming to combat discrimination and harassment and enhance access and belonging for historically marginalized groups. Her work centers on dismantling structural inequities and challenging traditional power dynamics to foster lasting positive change.
